Having completed her undergraduate degrees in Technology with concentrations in Programming and Cybersecurity, she brings a rare combination of technical insight, business acumen, and people-centered leadership to every endeavor. Her journey is a testament to what’s possible when passion meets purpose and innovation is guided by heart.

Since founding BAMABAC Digital Marketing in 2005, Karma has helped hundreds of organizations expand their reach, elevate their brands, and achieve measurable growth in an ever-evolving digital world. Known for her strategic vision and creative problem-solving, she built her agency on the belief that technology and storytelling, when woven together, can transform businesses and inspire lasting connections between brands and their audiences.

The New Frontier - AI & Cybersecurity

In 2022, Karma expanded her entrepreneurial portfolio with Tek4Everyone - AI and Cybersecurity training, integration, and automation, empowering small businesses to protect their data, systems, and reputations via technology, training, and tabletop exercises. Karma is known for simplifying complex cybersecurity and AI challenges into clear, actionable strategies that balance innovation with protection, making her a trusted partner to executives and organizations across industries. One of her personal missions is to educate parents (and foster parents) on best cybersecurity and AI practices for everyone in their family.

Philanthropy & Purpose

Beyond business, Karma and her family are devoted to creating change through the Toi 2 Starbright Foundation, their not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting children in foster care. As avid foster parents for over a decade, they have opened their home and hearts to more than 65 children through foster care, respite care, and emergency placements. Their foundation extends this mission through scholarships, mentorship, and community initiatives that help former foster youth pursue education and career training, continuing Karma’s lifelong commitment to uplifting others. Karma also volunteers as a mentor and coach to families who seek guidance on navigating difficult issues surrounding transracial foster care and adoption.
