Having completed her undergraduate degrees in Technology with concentrations in Business and Cybersecurity — she brings a rare combination of technical insight, business acumen, and people-centered leadership to every endeavor. Her journey is a testament to what’s possible when passion meets purpose and innovation is guided by heart.

Since founding BAMABAC Digital Marketing in 2005, Karma has helped hundreds of organizations expand their reach, elevate their brands, and achieve measurable growth in an ever-evolving digital world. Known for her strategic vision and creative problem-solving, she built her agency on the belief that technology and storytelling—when woven together—can transform businesses and inspire lasting connections between brands and their audiences.

Strategic Investing & Mentorship

A lifelong learner at heart, in 2008, Karma had a desire to understand the science behind growing personal wealth, and delved deeply into learning how one goes about growing wealth through real estate. Then in 2009, she founded CapWil Homes, a real estate investment company. What began as a personal passion quickly evolved into a thriving enterprise rooted in education, empowerment, and a desire to share knowledge. She has since flipped several homes and mentored dozens of aspiring investors in sustainable wealth-building strategies, combining market insight with disciplined, values-based decision-making.

Transformational Coaching

Later in 2009, Karma answered another calling — helping individuals unlock their potential via CoachKarma.com, focusing on Success Coaching. As a certified Life Coach, concentrating on ADHD coaching and diabetes wellness coaching, she has guided a myriad of individuals to discover clarity, confidence, and purpose through her success coaching program. Her coaching approach blends empathy with accountability, helping clients translate ambition into action, and action into fulfillment, while helping those struggling with ADHD and diabetes learn how to focus, follow through & finally thrive.

Wellness & Healthy Living Advocacy

Karma's passion for helping others thrive extends beyond business and mindset—into wellness and healthy living. Through her Type 2 Gourmet brand, she inspires thousands with healthy, sugar-free and low-sugar recipes, lifestyle tips, and practical guidance for diabetics and anyone choosing a keto or low-sugar path. What began as a personal exploration into healthier, more delicious sugar-free options for her spouse has grown into a vibrant online community that celebrates the joy of nutritious food, balanced living, and long-term wellness.

Cybersecurity

In 2022, Karma once again expanded her entrepreneurial portfolio with CapWil Cyber, empowering small businesses to protect their data, systems, and reputations via technology, training and tabletop exercises. Karma is known for simplifying complex cybersecurity challenges into clear, actionable strategies that balance innovation with protection—making her a trusted partner to executives and organizations across industries.

Philanthropy & Purpose

Beyond business, Karma and her family are devoted to creating change through the Toi 2 Starbright Foundation, their not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting children in foster care. As avid foster parents for over a decade, they have opened their home and hearts to more than 65 children through foster care, respite care, and emergency placements. Their foundation extends this mission through scholarships, mentorship, and community initiatives that help former foster youth pursue education and career training—continuing Karma’s lifelong commitment to lifting others up. Karma also volunteers as a mentor and coach to families who seek guidance on navigating difficult issues surrounding transracial foster care and adoption.
